Solid Stainless Steel roses and handles, 630 satin stainless steel standard - other finishes available. Supplied with strike and rubber stops (astragal or strike mount by others). Positive latch, non-handed, with privacy button on inside and emergengy access outside. Move lever 10 degrees to unlatch. Levers installed vertically (up or down). A variety of simple handle styles available. Fits a simple 161 door prep.
Edge Mounted Fire Bolt-The 3850 is designed for use in conjunction with an automatic flush bolt or self-latching flush bolt at the top of a pair of fire rated doors. The 3850 is mounted in the lower edge of the door pair. The 3850 can also be used in conjunction with a vertical rod exit device without bottom rod (if approved). The 3850 offers an alternative to a bottom automatic or bottom self-latching flush-bolt where a hole in the floor is undesirable, or in the interest of removing obstruction to the wheelchair-bound. It allows omission of a bottom rod on an exposed vertical rod exit device (when approved). THIS DEVICE IS DESIGNED TO ACTIVATE ONLY IN THE EVENT OF A FIRE.
Locking Heavy Duty Surface Bolt-The 3922L is a locking version of our 3922 Heavy Duty Surface Bolt. The 3922L accepts a buyer-furnished padlock. New 3922L is furnished with surface and mortise strikes, and Torx screws for security. It is available in steel, stainless steel, and all other standard finishes and custom lengths are available.
