3810 Automatic Flushbolt for Metal Doors
  3815 Automatic Flushbolt for Wood Doors
  Automatic Flushbolts are specifically designed for use in pairs on the inactive leaf of a pair of metal (3810) or wood (3815) doors.  Normally used in both the top and bottom of the inactive leaf, but may also be installed on the bottom of a door with a TRIMCO 3820 or 3825 Semi-Automatic Flushbolt installed in the top of the inactive leaf.  It can also be installed in the top of the door when used with the 3850 Fire Bolt installed in the bottom edge of the door.  A door coordinator is required.  (See TRIMCO's 3092 or 3094 Series Coordinator)
 
 
 
  The 3810 or 3815 Automatic Flushbolt latch automatically when the active door leaf is closed and unbolt when the active door leaf is opened.
 

 

 
  Installation:
  Standard ANSI 115.4 door preparation for metal doors.   Mechanism is non-handed and supplied with single-lip trigger strike and all mounting hardware.  Optional double-lip trigger strike available.
   
   
  3820 Semi-Automatic Flushbolt for Metal Doors
    3825 Semi-Automatic Flushbolt for Wood Doors
   

Semi-Automatic Flushbolts are specifically designed for use on the inactive leaf of a pair of metal (3820) or wood (3825) doors.  Normally used in the top of the inactive leaf in conjunction with the TRIMCO 3810 or 3815 Automatic Flushbolt installed in the bottom of the inactive leaf.  A door coordinator is required.  (See TRIMCO's 3092 or 3094 Series Coordinator)

   
   
     
    The 3820 or 3825 Semi-Automatic Flushbolt is extended in the latched position when bolt retraction lever is at rest and is retracted when the bolt retraction lever is raised 90º.  The top unit is self-latching and must be manually released.
   
     
    Installation:
    Standard ANSI 115.4 door preparation for metal doors.   Mechanism is non-handed and supplied with ANSI 115.1 strike, RH and LH bolt heads and all mounting hardware.
   
     
    Special Features:
    Standard TRIMCO mortise preparation for labeled wood doors. (Template Supplied) - Use on labeled metal or composite doors rated up to three (3) hours.  Use on labeled wood doors up to one and one half (1-1/2) hours. - Interchangeable Trimkits allow easy finish choices or changes. - Built-in clutch prevents damage from slamming. - All key components are of Stainless Steel. - Override feature to prevent damage to bolt or door (Automatic) - Patented Cam Action programmed to bolt slowly at the beginning, fast at the end to maximize alignment time (Automatic). - UL Fire feature "locks" in engaged position until the door cools down (Automatic). - Easy release (Semi-Automatic).
