| Automatic Flushbolts are specifically designed for use in pairs on the inactive leaf of a pair of metal (3810) or wood (3815) doors. Normally used in both the top and bottom of the inactive leaf, but may also be installed on the bottom of a door with a TRIMCO 3820 or 3825 Semi-Automatic Flushbolt installed in the top of the inactive leaf. It can also be installed in the top of the door when used with the 3850 Fire Bolt installed in the bottom edge of the door. A door coordinator is required. | The 3820 or 3825 Semi-Automatic Flushbolt is extended in the latched position when bolt retraction lever is at rest and is retracted when the bolt retraction lever is raised 90º. The top unit is self-latching and must be manually released. | ||
